Cheese from Ithaki Tseberis. A unique aged cheese combining the production method of a white cheese with the taste and texture of a yellow one. Strong aromas of herbs and sea salt, as it traditionally matures in caves near the sea, which gives it a unique rich flavor. It takes its name from the nickname of the producer’s family.
