Product Description:
Ladotyri Cheese from Andros. A very interesting hard cow’s cheese from Andros. Made from the milk of local cows, it matures for forty days in a cool place, fifteen of those days in olive oil, developing its spicy taste and special aroma. Wrapped afterwards in herbs collected from the Andriot land, it enriches with their subtle aromas and invites you to enjoy it plain with fresh basil figs, later with dried figs, or grated/in pieces in a simple pasta dish.
