Arseniko Cheese from Naxos. Also known as Naxos Black Cheese or Naxos Kefalotyri, this is a hard cheese with a buttery, smooth texture, spicy flavor, and wonderful aftertaste of aromatic goat’s milk. Produced in Naxos from sheep and goat milk in a ratio of 70–30%.
