Product Description:
Nero Fumè Cheese. The name comes from the type of tea used for the final aging process. The cheese is first refined with Lapsang Souchong tea and then smoked over cedar and pine. Afterwards, it is vacuum-sealed for 3 months to develop its characteristic aroma. It has a refined flavor with notes of caramelized sugar, dried fruits, wood, brushwood, and flowers. A 4-month aged cow’s milk cheese.
