Spicy Air-Dried Salami of Evrytania. This traditional air-dried salami is made from select pork meat and naturally matured for about 45 days in the fir forest along the banks of the Proussiotis River. It is also produced with smoked paprika from Aridaia, which enhances its flavor with a spicier note, elevating it to a whole new level.
