Air-Dried Salami from Lefkada “Delimari.” This salami is one of the most representative products of Lefkada. The technique is considered Italian and believed to have been brought by settlers from Burano, Italy, who migrated to Lefkada and were the first to produce it. It matures naturally, hanging for 8 to 18 days depending on diameter and weather conditions.Π
