Prosciutto from Evrytania “Akrokolion.” Made from select Greek pork legs, processed with the traditional Parma method and Evrytania traditions. Aged for 12 months in the fir forests of Evrytania. Although the Italian name prosciuttodominates, the ancient Greek “Akrokolion” (salted pork leg) is one of the oldest Greek cured meats. Combined with high-quality local pork and traditional handmade processing, it results in a remarkable natural-aged Greek delicacy.
