Handmade Sausage with Leek from Evrytania. The Village-Style Sausage with leek is made from select fresh meat with an excellent meat-to-fat ratio. Processing follows the traditional method from Evrytania with the addition of leek and spices. Special pork casings are used, which allow the natural maturation process. The product dries slowly in special chambers without any thermal processing whatsoever.
