Product Description:
Ladotyri Cheese from Zakynthos. A spicy, piquant cheese, known on the island as “local,” made from sheep’s milk and preserved in olive oil inside clay jars. Soft in the early stages of maturation, it becomes spicier and harder as time passes and it ages. Produced from mid-spring onwards, it is available year-round in its mature form, with a rich aroma of oil and cheese.
