Graviera from Ios. This Graviera is a hard cheese made mainly from cow’s milk sourced exclusively from animals raised on the island of Ios. It pairs wonderfully with all recipes of Aegean cuisine. A yellowish cheese with a milder taste compared to the local Kefalotyri of Ios, it carries special gastronomic value.
