Miran Soujouk is a unique product
with a 100-year history.
It is made with the secret recipe of grandfather Miran, brought from Kayseri in Cappadocia. This soujouk is a naturally matured product: it dries in airy, sunny spaces with no mechanical intervention, allowing it to mature naturally and effortlessly.

Soujouk (also spelled soutzouki or sujuk) is a dry, spicy, air-cured sausage, enjoyed primarily in the Balkans, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Miran Soujouk has been
prepared for 100 years
with grandfather Miran’s
secret recipe.
This, combined
with our choice of quality meat,
is what makes Miran soujouk the finest!
Our soujouk is made exclusively from select beef. The meat is first cut into small pieces and marinated with salt and a mixture of spices – one of the key ingredients of our secret recipe. After marinating for a set period, the meat is coarsely ground, and the spiced mixture is stuffed into natural casings to form the sausages. The soujouks are then hung on special racks and left to mature in an ideal environment, where they air-dry and cure naturally to develop their rich flavor and aroma.


Soujouk "Petalo"
The horseshoe-shaped soujouk is the characteristic, traditional form of this sausage. Thanks to its curved shape,
it cures evenly and retains all of its flavor.
Using the same recipe, we also produce a straight soujouk. Its appearance is similar to a salami, and this shape is easier to slice, while delivering the same great taste.
